Refund and Return Policy

At Nurse Kate Clinics, we aim to provide a professional and transparent experience for all patients and customers. Please read the following policy carefully before making a booking or purchase.

Appointments and Deposits
Appointments may require a booking fee or deposit to secure your time. Booking fees are non-refundable but may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment where sufficient notice is provided. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please notify us as early as possible so we can assist with rescheduling.

Cancellations and Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes. Where adequate notice is provided, your booking fee may be transferred to a new appointment time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or failure to attend an appointment may result in forfeiture of the booking fee.

Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services once they have been provided. Please ensure you are comfortable proceeding following your consultation.

Treatment Outcomes
All cosmetic treatments are individual and results may vary. As such, refunds are not provided based on treatment outcomes. During your consultation, we will discuss expected processes, risks, and suitability to assist you in making an informed decision.

Skincare Products
We do not offer refunds for change of mind on skincare products. If a product is found to be faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible. We may request photos or return of the item for assessment. Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, a replacement or refund will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
